Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.

Currently, Auk ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are non-returnable.
