At Auk, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days of receipt.
